Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Agency Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance agents, recruiting and training agents, and ensuring agency growth and profitability. The Agency Development Manager will also be responsible for identifying and implementing marketing strategies and managing agency operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in insurance sales and agency development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in training and developing agents
• Ability to identify and implement marketing strategies
• Experience in managing agency operations
• Familiarity with the Indian insurance market and regulations
