Job Overview:

Practical EduSkills is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about education highly creative and possesses a deep understanding of various social media platforms. As the Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility engage our audience and drive user acquisition.

Requirements:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Practical EduSkills brand and marketing objectives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our social media presence is innovative and effective.

Content Creation:

Create engaging and relevant content for various social media channels including but not limited to Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all platforms.

Community Engagement:

Foster and grow an active and engaged online community by responding to comments messages and mentions on social media platforms.

Monitor trends and discussions within the online community to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

Campaign Management:

Plan execute and analyse social media campaigns to promote courses events and other initiatives.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of social media efforts.

Social Media Advertising:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns.

Monitor ad performance adjust strategies as needed and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms best practices and emerging trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Experience with social media advertising platforms.

Creativity and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
