Primary Role:

As our Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you'll spearhead the development and execution of our marketing strategies to not only attract users but also directly engage with potential clients to boost our customer base. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a crucial role in establishing CompliQuest as a leader in the compliance training space.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the CompliQuest brand. Directly engage in sales efforts, reaching out to potential clients and presenting our value proposition to secure new business. Manage and optimize our social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Lead our content marketing efforts, including blog posts, newsletters, and case studies, to drive traffic and generate leads. Implement and monitor SEO strategies to increase online visibility and attract more visitors to our website. Cultivate strong customer relationships, acting as an account manager for new clients and ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our platform. Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with user feedback and market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in marketing and sales, ideally within a tech startup environment. A creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with potential clients and building lasting relationships. Experience managing social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, and customer relationships. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines. A passion for education, compliance, and making a difference in the business world.
