Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit and Inspection Officer for our client in Hospitality Industry. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits inspections and compliance checks to ensure adherence to quality standards regulatory requirements and company policies within the hospitality industry. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the overall service quality and safety standards of our organization
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of operational procedures processes and systems to assess compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Develop audit plans and methodologies tailored to specific operational areas ensuring comprehensive coverage and analysis.
- Perform onsite inspections observations and reviews to verify adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Document audit findings prepare detailed reports and communicate observations and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to implement corrective actions and process enhancements based on audit results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Operations or a related field
- Proven experience (1015 years) in auditing quality assurance compliance or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of audit methodologies risk assessment and process evaluation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations.
- Ex Servicemen Ex Bank Employees will be given preference.
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
