- Below is the JD/KRA's for the positions.

Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Billing background with BRM exposure .

- Mid Level ( 4-7 yrs) who are developers on billing domain exposure.

- Preferably BRM ( otherwise AMDOCS, DSCS as well)

- BRM Developers can be from India and Bangladesh .

Role & Responsibilities :

- Ensuring customers priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes, are effectively established and articulated.

- Ensuring conflicting stakeholder requirements are mediated appropriately.

- Handling stakeholders- complaints and escalations well through a sympathetic (yet formal) process.

- Tracking customer and technology trends that could impact customer perception and service provision.

- Disbursement : Lead conversion throughout to be at 35%

- Rs. 10 Lac Net disbursement value to be maintained per month (mandatory 1 FD per month)

- Distribution and Sales Process : Minimum 20 visits (acceptable as per process) to be done in a month.

- Distribution and Sales Process : Should have onboarded 20 live partners

- Distribution and Sales Process : Minimum 10% partners to be live every month basis logins

- 0% NPA from disbursement in last 1 year

Role Requirements :

- Education : Should have completed graduation.

- Experience : Candidates with 1 year of experience in Home Loan Sales will be preferred

- Should have good communication - verbal and written

- Should have demonstrated the capability to plan and deliver sales targets

- Incentives

- The role will be eligible for incentives basis performance and incentive plan in force at that time.
