EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Create Delightful, User-centric Digital Experiences: You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the UX/I Process, starting from various Research methods, Persona mapping, Architectures and Journey Maps to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to usability testing—ensuring the vision is brought to life beautifully. Along with the end users of your projects/products, you would be interacting with Business, Market Research, and Technology teams to map the why, what and who of the assignment. Product Documentation: Documenting the UX discovery processes and research, and writing user stories. Expectations from you: 5-6 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio working as a UX Generalist on various phases of software product design, and are looking for a long-term position. Experience working with the US Health Care preferred, but not mandatory. A strong portfolio showcasing understating of the fundamentals of UX design, typography, and colour theory. Have a proficient knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Sharp attention to details, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently. Proven hands-on operation management capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members. Excellent written and oral English communication. A belief in constant Learning, Unlearning and Sharing, and having no fear of experiments and change. The belief that great work cannot be done only between 9 and 5.Job tags
