Knowledge Management Reporting Lead

Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid

About the Role:
The Knowledge Management (KM) Reporting Lead works closely with the wider KM team, business partners, and data providers (e.g. vendors) to develop dashboards and reports on key solution usage and engagement metrics and insights that substantiate value and impact and/or drive continuous improvement actions. The role requires partner management and consulting capabilities to identify, understand and align on key insights for various workstreams. The role also required holistic and critical thinking to prioritize insights generation and ensure alignment with business and solution strategies. Data processing and management capabilities will be essential to implement, or lead others in implementing, reports and dashboards in a balanced and scalable manner. In this role the associate will create, own, and implement adoption data strategy, adoption improvement areas, and other insights across NKC capability groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and take ownership for data and reporting workstreams, data platforms and data vendors around knowledge management solutions.
• Design and implement a data governance, management and processing strategy with a focus on sustainability and scalability
• Design and implement an insights generation strategy and roadmap with a focus on business priorities, value storytelling and continuous improvement enablement.
• Design and implement an impact strategy for supporting the operationalization of continuous improvement activities (e.g. helping business and KM team stakeholders to understand where and how they can use data to prove value or make improvements)
• Develop reports and dashboards (and associated maintenance processes) using tools (such as PowerBI) that optimally and clearly communicate data and insights.
• Collaborate with and manage (directly or indirectly) team members involved in data processing or insights generation.
• Facilitate KM workstream leads in developing data-driven continuous improvement activities around all aspects of the solution (content management, search optimization and findability, change, adoption and training effectiveness, etc.)
• Proactively build narratives with insights and data that demonstrate solution impact or value aligned to business strategies and priorities.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science or Information Science (or similar)
• 12+ years of work experience in Consulting, Enterprise application analytics, or related.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into relevant and meaningful business insights.
• Design Thinking and Top Down Thinking expertise a plus.
• Prior experience in Pharma/ Life Sciences Industry will be an add on.

Desirable Requirements:
• Project management skills and experience a plus.
• Hands on with data visualization and processing tools and database technologies like SQL, Power BI, Tableau etc will be an add on.
