Job description
Responsible for Asset management & Performance Analysis of entire Solar assets
. Lead the transition to third party O&M providers, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective shift . Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments while minimizing risk and maximizing profitability . Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including performance guarantees, service levels, and penalties . Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold third-party providers accountable for meeting service levels . Implement a proactive and data-driven approach to solar asset management, maximizing operational efficiency and asset performance . Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset lifespan and overall returns . Create regular reports and presentations for senior management on asset performance, contractual compliance, and cost management . Develop a team of young professionals . Ensure that company's daily operations align with strategic goals . Implement and oversee efficient management practices for operational project sites . Ensure the highest ethical standard of transparency are set in place & followed . Engage with government bodies and ensure company's adherence to laws, regulations, & industry standards. B.Tech/M.Tech in. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil. MBA preferred
. 15+ years of exp in Asset Management in Power Generation with 7 years in Solar . Proactive individual who manages and develop a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation & excellence . Experience in managing outsourced O&M & the respective contract management . Experience in larger Open Access projects . Ability to groom and develop the talents in the team and bring them to the next level . Set clear goal and expectation for the team and provide mentorship and guidanceA leadership role with a global organisation to head the O&M of all assets installed and under development by the organisation.
