This role is focused on Business Management (BM) for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A); You will work closely with senior bankers in the M&A BM team in NY in doing analysis / presentations to provide insights for the senior management in M&A – track the M&A markets, new deals in market / pipeline, league tables, slice and dice the data across M&A data to understand underlying themes, help on various initiatives for the senior management.

The Centralized Research Group (CRG) is part of CIB R&A covering Banking globally. It works closely with the firm’s Investment Banking (IB), Commercial Banking (CB) and Global Corporate Banking (GCB) teams offering customized financial solutions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity / Debt capital raising, Credit, Treasury, Cash Management, Trade, and Markets, among others.
