AD - Job Description for Level 3 1) Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory Domain Controllers / Site / Site Links / Subnets. 2) Design, Test, Deploy and Troubleshoot Group policies for Enterprise Customers 3) Monitor AD health and proactively fix issues 4) Troubleshooting AD authentication Failed & Account Lockout related issues 5) Install, Configure and Maintain AD Integrated & Non-AD Integrated DNS Zones 6) Install, Configure and Maintain DFSR & Namespace 7) Good knowledge on PowerShell Script for AD object auditing /report generate / Troubleshooting. 8) Active directory Clean-up knowledge (Inactive User | Inactive Computer | Inactive GPO | Stale DNS Records | Inactive Site | Inactive Sitelink | Inactive Subnet) 9) Working knowledge on DNS aging and Scavenging 10) LDAP/LDAPS integration of customer applications 11) Strong knowledge on FSMO roles (Transfer / Seize) 12) Active Directory backup and Restore 13) Experience on Single object / multiple objects restore from AD Recycle bin 14) Troubleshooting trust related issues 15) Experience on Active Directory Migration (Users | Groups | Computers | Servers | Apps) from One forest to another forest 16) Monitor and maintain SYSVOL health 17) Experience on Domain Controllers Upgrade to higher version of Operating System 18) Experience on Domain Controllers consolidation 19) Extending active directory to Cloud (Azure | AWS) 20) Configure and Maintain NTP for Enterprise Infrastructure 21) Hands on experience on AD Domain Migration using QMM | ADMT Tool. 22) Install, Configure and Maintain Active Directory Federation Services 23) Install, Configure and Maintain PKI Environment. 24) Install, configure, and maintain ADFS Infra and Migrate ADFS to Azure AD. 25) Hands on experience on Azure AD connect tool and troubleshoot and fix issues 26) Configure and Manage Azure Active Directory (Managed Domain, MFA, Enterprise App, App Registration, CAP, Azure AD Sync issue, B2B, B2C, RBAC, PIM, Guest User & Risk identity Protection) (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
