Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background to evaluate current sales performance and identify growth opportunities for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to drive expansion and growth.(Prefer candidates from Kerala)
Duties and Responsibilities
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
