Job description

The person should have enough capability to handle Chromatography systems in terms of Installation, Commissioning, Preventive Maintenace, troubleshoot and root cause finder for an issue and Hardware / Software related knowledge.

The Technical Support Professional will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers and field engineering teams for specific products. The holder of this position will oversee the provision of technical (hardware / software / process / application) expertise to customers and the field engineering team. The goal is to ensure all field technical queries and problems are satisfactorily closed down within the agree customer service levels.
