Oracle PPM – Functional- Senior
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Leading and implementing Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management) solutions
- Requirements gathering by conducting workshops and analysis sessions with the customer.
- Able to interpret functional requirements and deliver the system / process designs in the project portfolio management area.
- Map client requirements against standard Oracle cloud PPM process
- Design module specific and end to end process solution in the context of integrated PPM application.
- Should be capable of handling Functional Fit-Gap analysis.
- Manage project documentation based on OUM or TCM methodology.
- Manage PPM module configuration in Oracle EBS and Fusion application.
- Should manage support and conduct CRPs/Play Backs/SITs/UATs and the preparation test scenarios & scripts in the applicable areas.
- Should manage, support, and conduct end use training and the preparation of appropriate training materials.
- Manage participate project review session with the customer.
- Driving forward functional support of technical activities such as data migration and integration
- Manage quality aspects in each project implementation phases.
- Overseeing testing support, training delivery, post give live support and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance.
- Manage and support internal KPI’s.
Experience :
- Core experience in Oracle PPM functions / modules
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience working in ERP PPM product suit (EBS and Fusion) with relevant experience in all functional modules.
- Should have worked in at least three full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations in EBS and another in Fusion PPM offerings.
- Experience in Oracle EBS projects (modules include Foundation, contracts, costing, billing, finance, and supply chain integrations)
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
- Experience in project planning and management

- Ability to follow well defined release management processes and stay focused on release priorities.
- Must have valid passport for business travelling which involves work at client site.
- Willing to work in MENA Shift timings (Sunday to Thursday).
Education :
- Should be a graduate or Postgraduate from any reputed educational institution, having Oracle certification is an added advantage
