About The Role Shift Officer is responsible for managing the shift operation independently, with managing the other refining intermediate process with closely coordinating with people & superior with targeted output. Basic knowledge of Hydrogenation / interesterification / fractionation / neutralization
Job Description
- Run the shift activity as per planning with targeted output & report to superior.
- Monitoring the process parameter as per the product requirement and maintained.
- Highlight the Maintenance activity, process troubleshooting & shift down time.
- Monthly Conduct trainings on EHS, Food Safety & TBT.
- Follow the Company policy, safety norm & SOP
- Ensure the document checklist & log sheet filling & shift report.
- Focus on organization KRA.
Qualification
- B. Tech in Oil / With 2-5 Year experience in same field OR
- Graduate Engineer with minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in edible oil refinery OR
- Graduate Engineer in Chemical
- Oil Industry exp would be an added advantage
