Role and Responsibilities:

Welcoming assisting and directing handlers and owners in a professional and friendly manner.

Ensuring that clients are promptly attended to and not kept waiting for more than 10 minutes at the reception.

Answering all phone calls and providing necessary information to callers while encouraging them to schedule appointments.

Classifying consultations as complete or ongoing and ensuring followup appointments are booked with the appropriate veterinarian.

Assessing the types of appointments and scheduling time slots accordingly.

Ensuring that doctors receive all relevant messages and information.

Maintaining a log of missed calls and following up with clients for their next appointments.

Keeping a record of all received calls in a call history log.

Placing confirmation calls to clients one day prior to their scheduled appointments.

Handling cash deposits at the bank when required.

Assisting in the role of a pharmacist on days when no pharmacist is available (training will be provided).

Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum 815 years of experience in a similar role.
