Your Focus
As Commercial Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a first level of support to customers, answering all inquiries and managing leads to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
You will work with commercial, technical, regulatory, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that the information needed by our customers is provided exists and will manage data needs as necessary to fill gaps. You will be responsible for ensuring that all information requests are completed according to defined service levels.
The role is Mumbai based and will report to Commercial Marketing Director.
How You Will Contribute
- Provide first line support for customer queries relates to technical, commercial, marketing, financial, regulatory or quality.
- Categorize and qualify all the leads and assigning the right SMEs to respond to customers in timely manner.
- Process and complete all customer documentation requests, provide standard documentations to customers according to defined business KPIs.
- For customized documentation requests work with right SMEs to complete customers' requests.
- Support marketing team to manage and qualify leads from tradeshows, and webinars.
- Support commercial team with respect to sample requests, price related queries, audit requests, financial information.
- Keep SOP's concerning document completion up to date.
- Measure KPI's, identify improvement needs and manage performance to the satisfaction of the business and customers. Strive for continuous improvement.
- Manage the periodical review and update of standard documentation and customer documentation in coordination with customer owners.
- Support document automation by providing requirements and perform testing in various data platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Science or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Inside Sales, Quality or Regulatory experience.
- Hands-on mentality, service oriented, with good organizational skills, and with high attention to detail.
- Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work with a minimal level of guidance and supervision.
- Proven expertise with SAP and Salesforce is a must.
- Well versed with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to draw information from various sources and work with cross functional teams.
