Role Description
As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition strategies, and fostering employee engagement and development. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that our HR practices align with our business objectives and values.
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the day to day operational and functional Human Resource activities like Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various functions.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including events, activities, and recognition programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and employee welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including career development, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and proactively recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Zoho HR information systems is a plus.
