What is in it for you ?
Develop comprehensive documentation, technical articles, and support FAQs. Collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improving Help Site content. Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to assess needs and create documentation for new or enhanced functionality. Enhance the user experience by improving accessibility and discoverability of documentation both in-product and on the Help Site. Collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the development and delivery process. Monitor program metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of documentation. Create and maintain project plans for development and delivery projects. Leverage AI-based tools and technologies to optimize documentation creation and maintenance processes. Contribute to developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and modules. Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced team members as required. We’d love to hear from you, if you: Have 5-8 years of experience as a technical writer in SaaS companies. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have the ability to tailor content for different user personas, various use cases, and global audiences. Have the proficiency in using style guides such as the Microsoft Manual of Style. Have experience working in an agile development model. Are familiar with tools such as MS Office, G Suite, and JIRA. Have a proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and drive projects from ideation to final deployment.Job tags
