Job description
We are seeking a Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis program management and experience working with crossfunctional teams. The Program Analyst will play a key role in helping our program management team achieve their goals by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze program data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program performance and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain program metrics and dashboards to effectively communicate program performance and progress to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement new program strategies and tactics
Support the development of program budgets and forecasting and track program financial performance
Assist in the development of program plans timelines and project schedules
Support the management of program risks and issues and work with teams to develop mitigation plans
Help to identify potential new program opportunities and work with program management team to develop strategies to pursue them
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Economics or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management and data analysis
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
Experience with data visualization and presentation tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI
Strong understanding of program management concepts metrics and KPIs
Experience working with crossfunctional teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Experience with project management software
Experience with SQL is a plus
