Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor/Captain/Steward at BLR Brewing Co. located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Supervisor/Captain/Steward will oversee the dining experience of our guests by ensuring top-grade service, managing the day-to-day tasks of our wait staff, ensuring we are in compliance with food and safety regulations, and attending to customer needs when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team, and provide feedback and training as necessary
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, menu planning, and food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
