Job description
- Build strong partnerships and negotiate contracts with new vendors, brands and suppliers.
- Designing and implementation of growth strategies for sales.
- Increase the margins for the company by increasing the share of direct sales to end users i.e. dentists, without losing market share of resellers/sub-dealers.
- Ability to analyse market trends and data to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Skillsets Requirement:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to speak Malayalam and English well (Hindi would be an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing a sales budget and forecasting sales projections.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to improve healthcare services and access for all.
- Should be comfortable working with resellers and sub-dealers across the country.
- Should have excellent team management skills.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership in the dental industry or healthcare industry.
