About This Opportunity Your work environment: We are looking for a
Sales Supervisor , reporting to the Assistant Commercial Manager and functionally to Regional Commercial Director MEA. The position is based in Amman, Jordan.
Your Mission In Crown The successful candidate will:
- Obtain timely forecast/orders from all customers to ensure that production is planned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create new customer accounts on ERP system appropriate with obtaining all necessary details/Doc's.
- Manage all SKU's on ERP system (create, update, review).
- Collect/file customer' purchase orders/confirmed email against call offs.
- Prepare & discuss with the production departments the Fortnightly Production Plans for cans.
- Ensure that the artworks are correct and the Job Ticket complete in all aspects before authorizing production.
- Mange daily production schedule and work orders on ERP system, and ensure delivery needed details to concern department.
- Manage the ageing stocks to maximize the turnover rate and eliminate obsolete products.
- Supervise and follow up sales coordinator's tasks.
- Prepare the Monthly/Weekly Sales Reports & PSI submission.
- Assist on preparing pricing review files when required.
- Coordinate shipping instructions for local /export customers with Sales Coordinator and logistics teams.
- Prepare SOX commercial requirements.
About You - Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Sales & Business Development
- Key accounts management experience, preferably in B2B.
- Compelling Communication skills across all levels of the business and tactful in dealing with senior people within our Customers' portfolio
- Strong work ethic.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good working experience of ERP systems (JDE, Oracle or SAP).
We are looking to hire a Sales supervisor, reporting to the Assistant Commercial Manager and functionally to General Manager. The position is based in Amman, Jordan.
Working in Sales and operation management, to enhance achieving the Sales targets, efficient productivity and focus on the differentiations in the market to make the company the leader under hard competition circumstances.

Required Education And Qualifications - Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
Required Knowledge And Experience - 5+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Sales & Business Development fields
- Key accounts management experience, preferably in B2B.
