Job description
- Experienced technology leader across who can enhance the IT Strategy via architecture & planning, understanding customer needs and adopting/ shifting gears as per feedback and adopting upcoming tools from the market
- Manage software development, infrastructure & services, audits & compliance as well as IT operations - Work closely with financial regulators like SEBI, RBI, other MIIs and the Board - Manage internal and external stakeholders and work in high levels of collaborations with vendor partners - Ability to look at the 'as-is' scenario and devise a roadmap & execute it to achieve the 'to-be' state from a transformation standpoint - Be adept with newer trends in the tech industry and constant regulation changes in the financial services industry- 20+ years of experience in Technology with strong domain experience in BFSI. Experience in MII or capital markets is highly preferred
- Educational qualification : B.E./ B.Tech or an equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus Qualification - Strong experience in strategy formulation and execution, blending business & technology together to enable a transformative environment - Working experience with financial regulators will be highly preferred, eg: SEBI , RBI - Hands-on experience across tech stacks of .net, java, data driven tools, blockchain, cloud, etc.- Lead the Technology vertical for the organisation and be the representative to the Board and Financial Regulators
