Role Description We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team at Befree, Gift City Gandhinagar. As an on-site role, you will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team in attracting, sourcing, assessing and hiring candidates for different roles. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with different stakeholders at all levels to facilitate and improve our core recruitment processes and play a vital role in maintaining befree's talent acquisition standards. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant fields At least 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably in a staffing agency and KPO industry Excellent knowledge and skills in recruitment methodologies and tools Ability to lead recruitment operations, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment Awareness of HR laws and regulations Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Prior experience in ATS/HRIS and Microsoft Office would be an added advantage Affinity with and passion for recruitmentJob tags
