Job Summary: As a Junior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Superiors with the development of cutting-edge travel products, coordination with suppliers, and managing client relationships. Your contributions will ensure the seamless execution of travel packages and enhance our clients' overall experience.

Key Responsibilities: Product Development Assistance: Collaborate with the Senior Manager to brainstorm and develop innovative travel products and packages. Conduct market research to identify new trends, destinations, and opportunities within the travel industry. Assist in the design and customization of travel itineraries to meet client needs and preferences. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and source new partners to expand our offerings. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with our quality standards. Client Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey. Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction. Gather client feedback to continually improve our products and services. Operational Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of travel arrangements. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on projects. Support the Senior Manager in administrative tasks, project management, and strategic planning.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on product development, supplier management, or client service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Creative thinker with a passion for travel and innovation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with travel management software is a plus.
