Job description

Operations and maintenance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Chilled water pumps, Cooling Towers, Exhaust and Fresh Air Fans.

Maintaining of Water Treatment Plants, Cold and Hot Water circulation system (pneumatic), Swimming Pool and Laundry Equipments.

Maintenance of Kitchen equipments and Cold rooms.

PPM planning and Implementations.

Assisting, guiding and training the staff

Follow up with Contractors for timely completion of work. .

Operation and maintenance of DG sets and checking and rectification of PA Systems and Fire Pump Room Equipments.

Budget preparation and controlling on expenditure.

Energy conservation projects and effective measures in Electricity, Water, Diesel and Gas.

Cooperating with Purchase for Selection and purchase of material

Commissioning and taking over from contractors

Implementing and monitoring the SOPs in day-to-day activities

Licensing and formalities from the statutory authorities

BMS operation and Maintenance

Weekly Fire and safety Check and Training for staff

Certificate Holder in First Aid.

Handling of transducers flow measurement (pressure sensors, etc.)

Maintenance of various kinds of Pumps (Gear pumps, Axial Piston pumps, Radial Piston pumps, Screw Pumps, Vane Pumps, Centrifugal pumps)
