Our engineering design services provide customised solutions resulting in the development of innovative new products for the mineral, oil, gas and energy industries.Our purpose rig building manufacturing facility in Gujarat, India, also provides manufacturing outsourcing services for companies wanting to enter the Indian market, and/or build export quality hydraulic, electrical, mobile equipment and heavy fabricated parts at an internationally competitive cost.Job Overview:As a Design Engineer at HYDCO Engineering Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing engineering projects from concept to completion. You will work alongside a talented and diverse team of engineers and professionals, collaborating to bring ground-breaking designs to life. You will be responsible for:Leading the design and development of heavy engineering products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications.Conducting in-depth analysis and simulations to optimize product performance and reliability.Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and R& D, to ensure seamless project execution.Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should have:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy engineering design.Proficiency in CAD software e.G., Inventor, AutoCAD and FEA tools.Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovative solutions.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.A track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.Experience in Safety Assurance.Why HYDCO Engineering Pvt.
