Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails - screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Extensive calendar management handling all appointments and schedules by planning meetings, conferences, and all external interactions
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange domestic and international travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination (with the help of the travel desk)
- Managing communication between executives and their team members, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Organizing team communications and planning events, both internally and externally
- Maintaining all relevant invoices and contracts to ensure accurate processing as per the company's policies
- Providing general administrative support
The Successful Applicant
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interacting with the business
