HR Process Management: Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and exits. 2. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes. 3. Employee Relations: Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters. Assist in handling employee grievances and provide timely resolution. 4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Conduct periodic audits to verify data accuracy and compliance. 5. HR Systems Administration: Administer and troubleshoot HR software systems. Collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements. 6. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. Communicate benefit information to employees and assist in addressing queries. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR operations. Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and industry best practices. Strong data management and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.Job tags
