DEPARTMENT: Operations and Services

JOB TITLE: Executive or Sr Executive – Client Servicing

Experience: 1-4 years or more

REPORTS TO: Sr Manager Operations

COMPENSATION RANGE: Based on Experience and Suitability

Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is supporting Relationship Managers and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities – 1. Being the one-point contact for Relationship Managers to manage client-related activities which includes account management, transaction execution, and periodic reconciliations, etc 2. Proactively managing client queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner and in line with the established service standards. 3. Understanding the client’s requirements and managing communications with assigned clients in line with their expectations. 4. Ensuring proper documentation for initiating transactions etc 5. Coordinating account opening documentation for new clients in an organized manner. Ensuring client accounts are opened as per agreed timelines. 6. Managing reconciliations on a regular basis which includes a bank, securities, mutual funds, revenue, etc for internal tracking and control. 7. Be well versed with the regulatory framework governing the client’s portfolio and keeping abreast with the latest market development and regulations

Experience - • 1-4 years of relevant experience. • Well-versed with Microsoft Office like tools Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Working knowledge of software/ systems – Wealth Spectrum, BSE Star, HDFC E-Net, etc. • Good understanding of transactional activities (Cash, Mutual Funds, and Equities) to process client transactions smoothly Skills Required – 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize day-to-day processes Understanding and knowledge of capital markets products. 3. Ability to break down problems and situations into simple lists of options or alternatives. 4. Social Skills and Rapport Building Traits
