Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities - NTB Customer Acquisition, both on numbers & value
- Local Marketing in the area assigned
- Attain productivity expectations time to time
- Cross sell of other products of the bank
- Attain fee income targets
Job Duties & Responsibilities - Recruitment of DSTs / DSAs as per budget allocated,
- Train & Handhold DSTs / DSAs on products, sales process & customer interaction, and post sale servicing
- OJT / customer meetings @ field with DSTs / DSAs
- Monitor DST / DSAs daily activities and make necessary / timely interventions
- Set, manage expectations including incentive earnings & career path
- Constantly motivate, upbring DSTs / DSAs and make them reach their fullest productivity potential
- Review periodically & take remedial actions @ the best interest of the organisation and other stakeholders
