Responsibilities: - Create and carry out sales plans for the designated region. - Recruit, educate, and inspire salespeople - Encourage and critique sales reps. - Monitoring and evaluating sales results - Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance - Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions - Review current and prospective clients accounts to identify business opportunities, analyse opportunities, and promote sales growth - Guiding the company's sales efforts and resolving complex insurance issues - Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actionsQualifications :
