Job Title: Ethical Hacker
Experience Level: 2-3 Years

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in clients' systems, networks, and applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security measures.
3. Perform ethical hacking activities to simulate cyber-attacks and evaluate the effectiveness of existing security protocols.
4. Provide detailed reports on identified vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
5. Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continually enhance the organization's security posture.
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
7. Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and tailor testing methodologies accordingly.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the integration of security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
3. Proficiency in using industry-standard tools for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
4. Solid understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security architectures.
5. Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Relevant certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), or similar.
