Job Title: Lead / Medical Officer - Clinics
Department: Care & Operations
Required Work Experience: 5-6 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage LL's healthcare clinic and the team of medical officers.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, overseeing clinical commitments related to Wellness and Homecare operations.
- Supervise a team of doctors and para-health professionals, ensuring efficient clinical operations and governance while maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize medical expertise for care and condition management of LivLong customers, ensuring timely consultations and health status reviews.
- Liaise with HNI clients, customers, external vendor partners, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of wellness, homecare, and care programs.
- Develop and implement case management protocols for care programs and homecare operations.
- Establish SOPs and implement a quality framework to strengthen systems and processes, meeting internal and external standards.
- Improve clinical program delivery by suggesting new product ideas and supporting the execution of product delivery roadmap.
Skill Set:
- In-depth understanding of running clinic operations in the healthcare/wellness/homecare industry.
- Strong clinical acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills for effective case management.
- Proficiency in project and quality management.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Expected Educational Qualification: MBBS with at least 5 years of experience, MBA in Hospital/Healthcare is an added advantage.
