Job description
Inviting applications for Head - Human Resources for a large non-profit working in multiple states of the country and affiliated to a global non-profit. The position is suitable for accomplished HR managers with 15 plus years of relevant experience in India and at least 4 to 5 years in a leadership role. The role is core long-term staff and reports to the head of the India country office with a close engagement with the global HR team.
The compensation will be based on the previous salary of the candidate. The position compensation band is in range of INR 45 -60 lacs per annum. The position will provide oversight to the HR team and will be responsible to engage with over 150 staff members and consultants in the organization. The role will manage a range of strategic and operational functions with the use of HR analytics. Key responsibilities will include annual HR plans and budgeting; talent planning, acquisition, on-boarding and management; design and implement employee engagement initiatives; implement performance management system and develop consequent strategies to improve employee engagement and performance; grievance management and redressal including ICC; implement LMS; annual and quarterly HR events; organization-wide initiatives regarding organization development /culture etc. The organization believes in a collaborative work environment, and the position will work closely with the local leadership team across various functions such as programs, finance, M&E etc. to bring their involvement in HRM decisions related to their team/ the organization.
