Job description

• Performance Test Lead is required to establish expand Performance Testing capabilities

• Candidate should come with good industry experience and exposure to performance testing
• He/she will be responsible for bringing in a formal process for performance testing from scripting to execution reporting, guiding the Product Owners and businesses on defining the NFRs based on the industry standards, and delivering performance testing activities for projects
• This will be a shared capability (like a horizontal) and candidate will support projects on their performance testing needs

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Performance Testing concepts including test strategy, JMeter concepts and knowledge, and Blaze Meter platform familiarity.
