Job Overview
As a Senior Instructional Designer at Innostrat, you will be designing immersive learning experiences that harmonize latest educational theories with state-of-the-art technology. Your expertise will be central in developing educational content that resonates with diverse audiences, creating a dynamic and enriching learning experience.
Responsibilities
Design and Develop Learning Material:
Lead the design and creation of innovative learning materials which includes, but not limited to, online courses, workshops, and training modules.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, and guide a team of instructional designers and developers to reach the pinnacle of creativity and effectiveness.
Integration with Latest Technologies:
Work alongside the technology team to blend the latest AI advancements into learning modules to create interactive and personalized learning experiences.
Project Management:
Spearhead multiple projects with a focus on quality and adherence to timelines, while maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.
Research and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in learning technologies to ensure our learning solutions are cutting-edge and future-ready.
