Role Description This full-time on-site role located in Thane requires a Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team. Daily duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team's performance, analyzing sales metrics, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for expansion. The Sales Manager will report to the senior management team and lead collaboration efforts across different departments.

Qualifications Any Bachelor's degree. Proven experience as a successful sales manager with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets Ability to motivate and lead a sales team towards peak performance Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present to a diverse audience and collaborate cross-functionally Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with critical thinking skills Experience in food or hospitality industry is a plus
