We are looking for an ideal candidate to join our Human Resource Department as an Senior Executive – HR (Talent Acquisition). As an Senior Executive - HR, the candidate will be responsible for providing assistance in the process of recruiting the good quality candidates.
Job Description- Responsible for supporting in the recruitment process. Publish and remove job ads on different platform. Good experience of handling Naukri.com and Linkedin Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates Time-management skills and multitasking ability Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers Requirements- · Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management. · 3-4 years of work experience as an HR Talent Acquisition, or a similar role. · Good oral and written communication skills. · Strong organization and analytical skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.Job tags
