Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at PII MARKETING located in CHENNAI. The Business Development Associate ( Outside sales ) will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and researching and analysing market trends to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in google street view services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Provide insights and feedback on market conditions and client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, if applicable.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in sales activities.
Required skillsets & Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Tamil and English Languages.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A self-starter and should be taking ownership of the assigned tasks
