L2 Support Engineer
This Role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated, True professionals who have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities
A full-time Level 2 IT Support analyst is required and will include the following day-to-day activities.
· Desktop support
· Microsoft 365 Administration
· Windows server support
· RMM management (ConnectWise, Datto etc.)
· Microsoft Azure
· Team, SharePoint & Intune
· Virtualization - Hyper-V & VMWare)
· System Administration
· Network troubleshooting - (Firewalls & Routers)
· IT Security Antivirus & Threat Management
· Backup management
· Manage IT support incidents/requests/changes.
· Logging and updating tickets
· Resolve/escalate incidents / requests
· Provide remote support to customers via remote connection tools.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents
· Timesheet logging and submission
Skills and Requirements
The successful candidate will hold the following key attributes:
· Windows Server Support
· Azure Administration
· Office 365
· Network Administration
· Helpdesk Troubleshooting
Certifications
The below certifications are desired however not compulsory.
Microsoft or any networking
