Your Role Help the product and technology business units to implement business goals. Supervising and coordinating clear crystallizing of requirements, ensuring a time-bound view with regard to scope and delivery, managing risks and assumptions, and coordinating multi-team efforts. Establish and implement processes and strategies that drive the above collaboration and execution at pace, scale, and quality. Establish and govern agile practices, as applicable. Enable transparent and frequent communication with key stakeholders Evaluate the cost-benefit ratio on projects, programs, and vendor integrations Lead vendor selection process (including RFPs and Pricing) and manage against deliverables (including SOWs, change management, and approval of deliverables)

What We’re Looking For

2-4+ years of experience in program or project management working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams Strategic alignment, able to bring key partners across functions together Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork Ability to clearly and succinctly present information to an internal and external audience Persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse functions and teams Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities Ability to influence a high-performing team of Product, Tech and Business Stakeholders Able to give and receive constructive criticism
