Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities in the electrical, ELV, fire fighting & plumbing projects space. The role revolves around generating new business through networking and cold calling, as well as maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. The position is located in Mumbai.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of generating new business and expanding client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of electrical, ELV, fire fighting & plumbing projects is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Familiarity with local market trends and regulations
