Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Manager at TruelyMarry. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with both clients and partners, tracking important metrics, problem-solving, managing accounts, and liaising between departments. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily based in Kanpur.

- Customer relationship management experience, preferably in matchmaking or dating.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to track metrics and manage accounts.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Independent and team player.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Experience in managing remote teams is a bonus.
Qualifications for the role include experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the matchmaking or dating industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytics, and problem-solving skills are a must. This is a full-time hybrid position, primarily based in Kanpur, with some remote work allowed. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, and experience in managing remote teams is a plus. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
