Job Overview
We are searching for a Maintenance Trainee to join our team at Pheonix Polyp Products Pvt Ltd. As a Maintenance Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing equipment. This is a full-time position based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior with 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Honest and trustworthy in handling tools and equipment.
- ITI/Diploma in Electricals or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment, changing filters, and lubricating machinery.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments on manufacturing equipment under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements or equipment upgrades.
