Job description
Purpose
The International Market Research Project Manager is responsible to ensure high levels of compliance and quality of market research generating insights that will inform robust strategic decision-making across the organization.
A valued member of the Allergan Aesthetics MABI team, this individual will be responsible for implementing processes and systems that will support the Insights Partner organisation to manage Market Research projects, which includes procurement, approval, and reconciliation processes.
The MR Project Manager works to make sure all Market Research projects are processed compliantly and on time with high quality of results.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Implement compliance system that will help the Insights Partner team to m anage qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc market research projects.
- Review procurement documents and follow-up with agencies for reconciliation of projects.
- Review market research material, that includes questionnaire, stimulus, disclaimers.
- Submit materials for approval and ensure process timelines are met.
- Be consistently informed and inform Insights Partner team on changes of compliance codes and regulation across countries.
- Guarantee all ad-hoc Market Research projects are compliant according to the local regulation of the countries in scope as well as EphMRA code of conduct.
- Ensure questionnaires disclaimers and screeners are compliant to different countries regulations and incentives are paid fairly according to each country fair market value.
- Raises the Bar with Market Research Vendors to deliver agile, inspiring and robust information.
- Partner with Data & Analytics team to produce powerful visualization of Market Research information when needed.
- Enable Market Research capability building across the organization, developing Market Research training materials and supporting understanding of Market Research compliance to key stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Graduate level Qualification in relevant field
- Excellent project management skills - min 5 years of Project Management experience (preferable with pharmaceutical companies)
- Experience conducting Market Research (min 2 years).
- Good communication skills with at International /Global level
- Fluent English, additional language is desirable.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies
- Broad and deep experience in project management
- Experience managing market research to effective results.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
