Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Create diverse reports analyzing individual performance collaborating closely with the Sales Head and management.
• Conduct regular call audits for counselors providing timely feedback.
• Assist counselors in making effective closing calls.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the education sector.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure their success.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development to drive customer engagement and product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales management preferably in the education sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Lead Square) and Microsoft Office Suite.
