Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Roadies Rostel Leisure x ARC. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the resort's food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality customer service, training staff, managing budgets, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• Food Service and Food & Beverage industry experience
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service to guests
• Experience in hiring and training staff and managing a team
• Strong budgeting skills and ability to manage expenses efficiently
• Ability to maintain inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field
• Experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
