Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad requires a Branch Operations Head who will oversee all operational activities of the branch. The role includes monitoring and managing branch financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, leading and managing a team of branch staff, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Team Management and Communication Skills
• Budgeting and Financial Management Skills
• Experience in banking operations
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• MBA or relevant professional certification preferred
