Job description
Ability to handle entire functions of Healthcare RCM Process from Billing till Accounts Receivable
Experience working with multiple EMR and PMS systems. Experience working with eclinicalworks EMR would be an added advantage Handled a small team of minimum 5-25 members Strong exposure on Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Account Receivables & Denial Management. Ability to generate Aging reports based on different criteria's Should be able to understand the Denial reason from each payer and provide solution to minimize the denials Monitor Payment/Denial trend from each payer and should report any variance Make calls to the patients and resolve all queries Should be a good mentor for the Team Assess team's Productivity and Quality Levels Suggest Process Improvements Knowledge of payer guidelines fix or report any unresolved issues concerning the team on a timely manner Learn the new changes and keep the team updated on the same Should be a Team player Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Flexible Shift Timings Should have handled AR/Billing functions for a small team of 5 to 25 members Should be willing to work in flexible shift timings according to the job profile Team Coach/SMEs with relevant experience are also eligible to apply for this roleJob tags
